pretty sure they cant. would require re-licensing all the songs that were used on the games. and plus the TH contract had expired anyway.and the games themselves are all basically abandonware at this point. so you can just download them and play them online through openspy

If the games are abandonware you can use them in any way you want, right? Is that how it works?
