THUG2/THUGPRO Rollerblader Walking Anims

I was having fun replacing animations and thought of replacing most of the off-board animations with the Boston rollerblader ped's anims.

Pretty sweet. I actually thought of trying this a while back but it ended up falling on the backburner. Good stuff.
