It's the rockets that you natas spin on. They're getting launched but it looks like a person from far away, lol.
You can make the bombs appear in THUGPRO
(but you can't set them off) by going to the restart named
FINAL GOAL START (or something like that) using the debug menu.
(The debug menu mod still works fine with the latest update for those who don't know.)
