Staying logged in

A few months ago, I selected the option to login forever, which worked fine for me and I never had any issues with it.

Until now, where everytime I visit the page, I get logged out.

Can this be fixed? Anyone else experiencing this?

I have changed some things recently that might be the cause.
Try clearing your browser cache/cookies and/or log in with a different browser and see what happens.
I had the same problem until I cleared my cache/cookies.

Hmm SMF cookies are strange. I need to read up more about how it gets handled. I have the same thing happening on another forum and I know it's frustrating. Sorry!

It's not that bad. I just click on thpsX at the top left instead of clicking on Forums and it doesn't sign me out.

I had this issue happen to me on Thmods a few days ago. It randomly fixed itself after a while.
I never had the issue on this site though. Everything's working fine for me here.

I think I will try renaming the cookie, it will log everyone out most likely but might help with the logout problems. Crosses fingers**
