The hands need a LOT of work. Granted, hands are usually the hardest thing to draw, but some of these pictures have the hands backwards.
For example, Tony holding the clipboard. His right hand is holding the clipboard, but the thumb is on the wrong side. (From the way the hand is facing, the thumb should be on the left side, not the right)
If you ever have any trouble getting the position of the thumbs correct, you could always look at your own hands, and use them as reference.
(Don't take any of this as an offense. I'm just giving you a little bit of constructive criticism, is all)
