That file is an archive. It needs to be extracted first. Think of it like a .ZIP file. Would recommend using 7Zip (free program) to extract the archive. Once extracted you'll find what you're looking for.

We don't allow changing of usernames. You can change your display name via your forum profile, but that is the extent of it.

Sorry for the late reply.

Refer to this tutorial and video for adding Custom Levels to THUGPro:

I believe they are requesting some additional levels from THAW be added to the THUGPro mod.

The development team for THUGPro are all volunteers and they work on the mod as they have time. There is no set release schedule for updates and so we do not have any set timeline for when any additional levels will be added to the mod. If you're looking for some of the other levels from THAW not in the mod, a few have been done as Custom Levels and you can check our online vault for those.

It is still in the works, they released a full trailer for it in conjunction with the 20th Anniversary of THPS1. You can find all the info here:

No official release date has been announced yet, but hopefully we'll hear something soon.

Questions & Tutorials / Re: CAP Game Crash
« on: November 11, 2019, 02:38:18 pm »
Yes, even with the Unlimited memory option in THUGPro, there really still is a limit. Each CAP will crash after a certain amount of pieces have been used. I can attest to this first hand, for the most recent CAP I have been working on is unplayable due to me using too many pieces. I don't think there is a hard or known exact number of pieces. But it's definitely a thing.

What I have been doing is deleting pieces from my CAP until it's playable again and then trying to determine what is the culprit for causing it to crash. My CAP won't work without completely redoing it based on design and layout, so I have scrapped the one I was working on and have gone back to the drawing board.

I'll ask another question for clarity's sake, and forgive me if it sounds too out there, but the THPS engine was used for a few games, what of recreating spots from, say, the Matt Hoffman's Pro BMX Series, since that used a similar engine? Might as well ask since I'm sitting on a pseudo-tribute to the Treatment Plant level. Bit too different for this contest, I titled it v2 or something for a reason and the mega pool was gonna take up way too much park space, but someone else may have a similar idea, so I'll ask. It'll be interesting to see what is produced regardless.
Going to say no on this. Chuckie specifically said THPS games, so we'll limit it to those. There are multiple titles and options to choose from here, should be more than enough for inspiration on a recreation. :)

Can the park be a mashup of different map areas or is it meant to just be a single map recreation?
I checked with Chuckie, as he was the winner of the last contest and chose this theme, and he was OK with this being a mashup of different map areas if that is the route people would like to take. Just be sure to give the examples of the exact spots you have chosen in your reference links/images. This will be key for the judges to understand what you're trying to replicate.
