This time was just a random crash and simply needed restarted.

Just got on and saw no lobbies. Also saw a test server?

Openspy is being updated and will be down for short periods of time. The Testing lobby is for stress testing and you shouldn't host your room there. It's going to be much faster so these little interruptions will be worth it!
