Go into AVG. Select "Menu" and then select "Quarantine". THUGPro.exe should be on the list. Select it and then click "Restore". The file should now be restored to the THUG Pro directory. Close the "Quarantine" menu. Now select "Menu", "Settings", and then "Exceptions". Browse for the THUGPro.exe file and add it to your list of exceptions. This should prevent AVG from deleting the file again. You will likely also have to add the THUGPro.exe file to your list of allowed apps under "Ransomware Protection". To do this, return to the main menu, select "Hacker Attacks", and then open "Ransomware Protection". Select "Blocked / Allowed apps" and then select "Allow an App". Browse for the THUGPro.exe file and add it to the list. You should probably add THUGProLauncher.exe to both lists as well. Just to be on the safe side.
