Hey everyone! I'm currently doing probably one of the first THUGPRO sound mods!
I'm porting THPS2 sounds to the game using the WAV to SND Encoder by sk8ace, thank you for this tool! <3
Note: When Encoding and replacing SND files the pitch is very different from the original WAV, i will do my best to correct the pitch using Audacity.
