There MUST be a quicker way!

Could someone please let me know if there is an easier way to add rails?  Adding every rail in blender is so tedious and i feel it would be easy for an experienced modder to add it to the addon or tell me another way.  Please at least add a keyboard shortcut to mark a rail.

adding rails in blender isnt too bad if you use alt+right click to select a chain of edges at one time vs selecting each edge individually. can also shift+rightclick to select multiple edges. i do agree a keyboard shortcut would be nice though.
