Custom Skaters option added to Uploads

You can now upload your custom skaters to the thpsx upload section.

Add your skater files to a zip/rar before uploading.

Fixed an error in the CustomSkater update code where the Name was being removed on update. For those with missing names, you can now add them back yourselves.
