Replacing a map vehicle? (Veh folder?)

I would like to replace some of the existing vehicles that are driving in the maps, But whenever I replace the model in the VEH folder it does not change. To be more specific it is the wrangler in Boston I am trying to make rid of in replacement of the Trans AM.

You probably need to disable your updater.

Tried that, I noticed while using anteara mod that replacing vehicles will only replace the drivable variant.

Perhaps the QB must be edited?

I think the vehicle models are also in the level's .prx file.

I know that ped models work like this.
Try going to a non-THUG2 level in THUGPRO that uses the model you replaced.
The model you replaced it with should show up there but not in THUG2 levels.

Just replaced the Escalade (Suv_Musk) and tried to load the College but that resulted in a game crash. Is there a way to edit .prx files?

You should be able to extract and insert files by right clicking on them.

Turns out I was doing everything right, I just was only replacing the .qb for each car. Thanks a bunch!
