Updated/redid the Yoshi rig.

Added all of my recent rigs & cas items to the thread.

 Updated the Ludwig hair & wand CAS item:

- Added a new gray version of the hair, now more compatible with the in-game color sliders.
- Fixed a random rare crash that would happen while having the hair on your CAS while doing anything that involves reloading your CAS model.
- Fixed brightness, positioning, & minor vertex & weight issues with the hair.

Replaced the old Koopa Troopa rig with the freerunner Koopa Troopa.

 Updated the Modern Sonic rig with the following changes:

- The model now has animated eyes.
- Made the env map mesh for the shoes less noticeable (shine effect is still the same).
- Minor weight fixes on the stomach.
- Removed the usage of the nose bone.
