THUG Pro offline installer?

I'm unable to install/update thug pro as my stupid government keeps blocking everything (trying to block Telegram messenger ). Not so long ago, I could just use VPN and go, but now it doesn't help either. Would be nice to have an offline installer or at least a zipped version of thug pro folder, that is always up to date.
