THUG2/PRO Vertical Rails?

Anybody know how to do those vertical rails in the CAP editor?
I heard about vertical rails before and I noticed that ThAEm's Hotel Delfino CAP has them.

I learned it when Krad told me that bug was possible.

First,make a simple rail.
Then,grab it.
Now make it vertical (zooming in makes it easier)
And then,pause the game (and test it) or just select another object without messing the rail.It will stop simply stop there as a normal rail.

i figure out on my own when see this with vertical rails

instead of pausing, I use the rail tools to make it vertical then i switch piece selection then i go back to the rail again
