Parks like this were fairly common when the boosters first were introduced. Have you ever played EvilGod's 'SuperScraper'?
http://thpsx.com/thpsparks/parks/EG%20SuperScraper.PRK It has stacked booster walls and then rails running in a grid all along it- there are hundreds of gaps on it, so your score gets racked up incredibly quickly when playing it. I always like to host it and play Score Challenge and see who can land like 10,000,000 first.
So fun to always mess with the realms of what can be done.
