THUG PRO Felicia from MVC 3/DarkStalkers?

Hello,
I am Seth.
I am wondering if someone could port Felicia from MVC/Darkstalkers to THUG PRO as a Custom Skater?
because there was this guy named "Ganbare3k" he made the request for me. he put a .zip file for the skater.
but unfortunately. something weird happened to all of his files and all of his custom skaters somehow ended up corrupted.
