THUG PRO DOESN'T INSTALL.

I've been trying to install thug pro this whole week, i just leave the installer open but it always just freezes at half and says that a file is missing, i check the /local/THUG PRO/ folder and it just haves 2 DLL files, i tried disabling windows defender, but it still happens, any advice?

Maybe it's that you 1: Don't have Thug2
or 2: You already have the mod installed
