I've been trying to get the tools to make proper custom skaters but I can't get them. I've looked everywhere for quite a while but still can't get any of  the tools other than blender. Does anyone now where I can find these tools?

Yeah, It's just a test to see if I could rig a model successfully by following instructions that _asdf provided in the #modding channel.
Seems like it worked, although it seems like the face and the wrists glitch up a bit in certain animations.

You just made me very happy, nice job, dude.
