THPS 1+2 / Soundtrack Mod?

Does anyone know of or can make a mod so you can edit the soundtrack for THPS1+2 as I've been playing it a lot of Steam using the THPSPro mod but I'd like to add songs from other Tony Hawk games.

Can someone help me? This pops up every time after it crashes on start up for THUG Pro. I can't play the game now.
