Yes, But they would have to be re-rigged as the skeletons from past games are different.

It's interesting to see the early versions of the levels and the natas spins with no animations yet lol.
Also you can see that CAP was still using the THUG1 themes and CAS was still using the THUG1 menu.

I added a ton of stuff to the THUG2 section on the beta part of the wiki.

I was just reviewing the THUG2 E3 trailer to see if I had missed anything and I must say there was alot I hadn't realized changed. But one thing strikes me in particular.

There is an effect that appears on the end of the characters board at 0:45 when they perform a grab trick that has never made it into the game. Is anything about this known on whether it would be only cosmetic or if it would have a purpose?

Turns out I was doing everything right, I just was only replacing the .qb for each car. Thanks a bunch!

Thanks, I was able to open the files up. But now I am lost on the replacing process. Could you do a small tutorial?

Sorry if I am being difficult. THPS modding has always confused me.

Skater1014's maps are one of the main reasons this idea has come to mind, As it would be fun to race on them Mario maps.

With THUG 2 having an option for custom races in the goal creator and Skater1014 porting maps from Mario Kart, I figured this would be a great thing to add.

The races could use the structure from the Create A Goal races, Simple Checkpoint to checkpoint.

There could be multiple race classes, Skateboards or Vehicles.


The races could be class based and range from Paulie's wheelchair or to actual cars.

With all of the car models in the game that you see AI-driving, It wouldn't be too hard to have variety there.

Other vehicles could be hidden character vehicles like the Aborigine's Go-kart or the Witch doctors Tricycle.


Create a park could be another good way to work with this feature. Just add some props from past games (Thug1 Freeway pieces, Tube tunnels, etc.)

Is this idea possible? If so how much work would it be?

Just replaced the Escalade (Suv_Musk) and tried to load the College but that resulted in a game crash. Is there a way to edit .prx files?

Tried that, I noticed while using anteara mod that replacing vehicles will only replace the drivable variant.

Perhaps the QB must be edited?

I would like to replace some of the existing vehicles that are driving in the maps, But whenever I replace the model in the VEH folder it does not change. To be more specific it is the wrangler in Boston I am trying to make rid of in replacement of the Trans AM.

Perhaps I am crazy, I was only like 6 at the time.
