Questions & Tutorials / launcher wont launch on thugpro

ok i just installed this mod of thug2 using fl1ppy's guide,  http://fl1ppy.com/thugpro.html
and when i try to use the launcher nothing comes up, so i go to task manager and i find thug pro there
is there anyway to fix this?
