Some manual tricks have been removed since the update.
I lost Running Manual and Hot Rod.

Hopefully those tricks come back soon...

okay most i use hot hod most of my skaters...
but do you have the newer thugpro download link because the setup couldn't run because of...

I don't have a link.
The updater grabs the data from the server and since it's blocked for you, there's nothing that I can do.

when i extract prx files, xbx files dont show up for me with that black window  :o

files aren't place in the levels folder
I don't know how the Prereaper program would work with you since you have the game on USB.
I noticed in the screenshot that you already have THUG1 levels in the THUG2 levels folder.
Which means that all you have to do is paste in the data to the levels.qb which is in the scripts folder. (I pasted the data from the THUGPRO levels.qb into the THUG2 levels.qb) (Highlighted parts are the data needs to be pasted.)

Levels.qb is in the scripts/game folder not the levels folder.

Okay, i found it in the game folder
G:\Tony Hawk's Underground 2\Game\Data\scripts\game
well i did reaper in C: Program Files not USB doh the reaper extract the prx files and i still didn't place the xbx file in the level or current folder
I have to copy or paste or replace the hex code?
if i did it wrong, could you make a tutorial how to copy and paste the code or extracting xbx and where it put it

Actually, it's levels.qb that you have to edit, not game.qb.
levels.qb is in the same folder as game.qb. I literally see it in the screenshot.

Oh and by the way, I don't think that you need to use Prereaper at all since you already have THUG1 levels in the levels folder.

Back on topic, I do find it strange how there's been no updates as of late. Perhaps they're preparing something big?
Could be possible. However, there also have been times where there hasn't been updates for a while and then a occasional small update came.

No, I just made a new folder for the new level (the xbx files that came out of the prx) and copied the .prx to the THUG2 pre folder.
Then I hex edited the levels.qb to replace any text that has "ph" with "nj".

if i find level. gb i have open up hex editor? because without hex editor i pick KONA USA then i rename it to "AU" Australia then replace it then when i open THUG2 are select the replaced level, it crashed.

for prereaper, i extract the replace levels "AU" and it didnt put new files, doh? it only extract this level and its not putting these extracted level in folder.  ???
The replaced files should be in the levels and pre folder.

In the Hex Editor, you open levels.qb and rename AU to Kona's files.
You can search for text in the editor to make it easier to find.

I was renaming NY (Manhattan) to AU then the game crash on this level i pick
but i dont know how to use hex editor but i seem to do wrong when the text is red for pasting

i need College, Manhattan, Atlanta, Santa Cruz, New Jersey, Kona, Prison Island, Shipyard,School II and Kyoto
The only thing that you need to hex edit is the levels.qb.
I pasted NJ on top of Philly like this:


Then I put all of the files from NJ into the Thug2 folders.
.xbx's -> Thug2 levels
.prx's -> Thug2 pre

You can get the .xbx's by extracting the .prx files using Prereaper.
If it still doesn't work then I don't know because it was a little tricky for me to do too.

I've had times where my skater freezes right before getting up from a bail. The skater animation freezes and I'm stuck until I go to a restart.

This has happened to me a few times and is pretty rare. This bug is in THUG2 and it has happened to me once so far on the latest version of THUGPRO.

From what I gather, this was delivered as a Windows Update with other bug fixes etc and wasn't considered a driver update. The update was KB3140743. For right now, until Microsoft actually fixes controllers instead of breaking something else, I'd try uninstalling that.

Let me know if it works. I'm sure this will plague at least a few other people in the community so the sooner it's figured out the better.

Nice, that's good to hear! No problem :) Apparently some people are even having problems with their mice after that update. Hopefully Microsoft will fix it soon and deploy a "patch for the patch." lol
Then they will probably need a 3rd patch after that lol. ;)

The update definitely did something with the Xinput driver because it reverted back to the old October 2015 driver after uninstalling the update.
The Xinput driver that came with the update was from February 22nd 2016 so they must've added a function that disables keyboard input when a controller is detected by the game.
