So I have had THUG Pro installed for a few months now, but I recently just felt an urge to play vanilla THUG 2. So I try to start it up, but once it loads up and it gets to the "Checking Hard Disk" bit, the game just crashes.

Am I missing something here? Do I gotta move a file or something?

Are .dat files a requirement for it to work? The level I downloaded didn't come with any .dat files.
