It's clearly the letter "I" that is stretching. Start there and go back through what you were messing with.

My guess is that something is wrong with the font files.
Or you probably did something wrong in Texmod.

I never use Texmod.

I have experienced something similar. I think the solution is to close TexMod and re-build the tpf package.

Something similar happened to me while editing a park:

I wasn't using TexMod/uMod though.

I've had this issue as well and never use TexMod. I can't figure out a way to consistently reproduce it. It's very rare, very random. Typically the number zero is what glitches for me, for what that info is worth.

I chalked it up to a bug caused by ReShade/SweetFX, which I always use, but apparently not. It may exacerbate it, though.

Oh, right.. I thought it was TexMod related for a moment, my bad, the problem with TexMod i had was that a texture was replacing other replaced textures.
Now i remember better running into this problem, tho.

Wasn't the solution just to re-open the game?
Cuz as far as my memory serves me, i think it happened after alt-tab'ing.

It'll happen even without using extra external modifications. It's rare and the cause is still unknown.
