I modified the texture myself. It's the Tracer leggings found on the THPSGoat Discord. The original had stripes and purple splatters all over it and was just plain ugly in my opinion, so I extracted the texture from the model, replaced the stripe part with fishnet, and viola! I'd share it, but because it's not my model and only a swapped a texture I didn't feel it appropriate to do so.
I mean you can look all you'd like, but you're not going to find the leggings with fishnets. I did the edit myself, so I'm the only one who has it.
