How to Replace Logos on Clothing Textures in THUG2/THUGPRO?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to replace the logo on clothing textures in thug2/thugpro so I can put my own logo on shirts/hoodies, but I can’t figure it out. I know the game uses .xbx texture files, and I saw the thread → https://thpsx.com/forums/index.php?topic=1404.0
, but I couldn’t find any tools or download links there.

Can someone please point me to the correct tools and steps for editing/replacing clothing logos? Any help/tutorial links would be very appreciated!

Ah yeah, welcome! So, what you will need is... Some tools from thmods, but since thmods is down, we gotta use internet archive lmao!

Grab this: https://web.archive.org/web/20220522171822/http://thmods.com/mod_tools/sources.zip

Extract sources.zip
Find defeat0r.rar inside, extract that

You'll need two zip archives:

TGA2IMG_UG2v0-02.zip
IMG2TGA_UG2v0-04.zip

Extract them, and you will find the tools you need!
