Am I IP banned? "connecting to openspy"

My game is stuck on "connecting to openspy" every time I try and play online, and when trying to search for solutions on the forum, it said try and see if you could connect to http://openspy.org/ , and it says the IP address of the website can't be found. I really hope i'm not IP banned, I've done nothing wrong, all I do is skate and play the game, I even just had to create a forum account to make this post. Help pls? Really want to keep playing this awesome game.

I did try resetting my router, turning off windows defender, using both ethernet and wifi

You are not banned, not sure why you are having problems connecting.

I have this same issue if it's like mine the online will work when it wants.. Could it be a result of an Antivirus?
