Sunk objects in thug 1 cap editor?

Hi guys,

i was messing with the thug 1 cap editor on ps2 and i was wondering how to sink objects? I know how to float them but can not find anything about sinking objects. I know it can be done cause i have some parks that are sunken into the ground. Anyone has a tutorial? Thanks in advance.
