I finally figured out how to record THUGPRO at 60FPS with OBS. (I messed around with some settings and got it to work.)
The thing is, my computer's not strong enough so if I record at 60FPS then I'll have to sacrifice some quality.
So, what quality do you guys think I should record in if I make anymore THUGPRO vids?

I uploaded a test video.
(For people who don't know, you'll have to select either 720p60 or 1080p60 to watch it in 60FPS.)

I always stick to 720/60 for my thugpro recordings. My comp can handle uncompressed video though, so it looks just as clear as when you play the game.

In your case, I would drop to 30fps and raise the quality up until you are starting to max out your comp. You can pull up your cpu and ram % while recording to know when it's maxed.

There was a recent update for OBS that added a new encoder for AMD cards.
I also messed with some more settings and was able to decrease the amount of CPU that OBS uses.

I can now record:
60FPS @ 480p
30FPS @ 1600x900 (my native resolution)

(This video is 60FPS @ 480p. I'm most likely gonna record with these settings from now on since it's a good balance between speed and quality.)

I'm also closing the poll since it's outdated and only 2 people voted for both things.

I voted for 60FPS, smoothness over quality!
Or better yet, spend a ridiculous amount of money, but, at least you'll have both! :D

I've actually been wanting to get a gaming computer for a while now but...
It's way too much $.
Also, it's a pain (for me, at least) to move everything over to a new computer.
The main reason is money though...

Don't worry, money is a problem here (my case) too! e_e
I have to fix the PC myself cuz aside that if i let my engineer bro do he'll eventually try to format the HDD to see if it helps, i have just ₡1000 which is NOWHERE near the cost of a PC repair soo yea, i think i should repost this on the "ShutMeUp's Computer"... Maybe not!

Also, moving files isn't a pain for me, i'll move about 50GBs of an old HDD and also many stuff from the phone   im using right now to make this post. See? No pain at all! ;w;
