Here's what I hope for,
in a "single-player" PoV:
-Replay mode with advanced camera setting, so we can share some cool screenshot.
-Fixed many trick animation, like The 900. I hope they bring back The 900 animation from THPS2! . 
-Add unique-unlockable skateboard legend.
-Add advanced graphic settings
