General THPS(X) / THUGPRO Installer Detected as a Virus?

I just downloaded the THUGPRO installer and it was detected as a virus by Windows Defender. I uploaded it to VirusTotal and multiple antiviruses detected it. Is it just a false positive? Is it dangerous? I downloaded THUGPRO on my old PC and this never happened.
