Do you have the updater disabled? Usually you can allow the updater to run and it should put all the PRX files back in place.

This is a common issue with controllers, it mostly occurs when your game crashes instead of closing properly.

Most likely is being caused by too many pieces. You could make those walls a little lower and that might save you some space, but probably not much.

after you download a park, how do you get it on thugpro?

Make sure you copy the downloaded file to this directory:

C:\Users\You\AppData\Local\THUG Pro\Save
