The Chat page now includes the Discord widget and the regular chat. Should make it a bit easier for people to find us on there.

Site General / Updated Stats again.

Made a couple small updates to the Stats.
Each room is now sorted by room name. A - Z.
Fixed a problem with my code for removing certain in-game color codes.
The Stats now update every 15 seconds instead of every minute.

As requested I added a search function to the Parks and Skaters list. I also changed the default amount per page to 10 instead of the full list.
The default Order is by upload date but you can change the order by clicking on "Author", "Skater Name" etc.

Hey guys,
Just added a Lock Icon to the stats with passworded rooms. The icon shows up at the top left if the room is passworded.
Simple addition but should be functional.

I added Guess access to the chat. you just type a username with no password and hit login. All guests have () around the name so you know who is a guest. Hoping to draw more people in to talk. Not everyone wants to sign up to chat. Hopefully we wont get any spam or I will have to deactivate guests.

We have decided to add small Ads on the site to help pay for the server hosting. I don't think we will make much on them but it could help.
I promise to not put them in annoying locations. No popups/no videos/no sound.

General THPS(X) / DDOS Attack on Openspy

Openspy was attacked today, which made the security measures kick in and shut down the server.
It is back up now.
We are sorry, to all the people that tried to log on to play, for the downtime. We do our best to keep Openspy running smoothly but we can't always account for things like this. Guess some people like to ruin good things for everyone.

Site General / Changed ThugPro Live Stats

The stats used to only show the rooms of the hosts that had the correct ports forwarded (the only way to see player names). There are usually more rooms up at any given time.
I split the stats into 2 groups: Basic and Advanced.
Basic shows all the current rooms up but can't show player names. Just Hostname/GameMode/Level/#players/Max players.
Advanced is the same stats as before, It shows all the basic stuff + usernames.
If you want your room to show up in the Advanced stats, make sure you forward port 5153 in your router.

Someone streamed a game of KOTH and it is no longer the koth we know. It is points based.
You only accumulate points when you have the crown, the person with the most points at the end of 2 minutes wins.
WHY! Who the hell did research for this game??!
Unacceptable.

General THPS(X) / 522 signatures on the thps5 PC petition!

With a week to go, we have reached over 500 signatures for the petition to get thps5 on pc.
This will give the pc players a decent chance at getting a pc release. Keep it up!

What a surprise! No one has mentioned anything about adding Wallplants. This video is proof that we will in fact have them. Awesome! Just 2 days ago I was on thugpro joking about THPS5 having Wallplants and boom, we do.

General THPS(X) / thpsX KOTH League Beta Signups

Starting this Sunday the 20th, we will be running a Beta KOTH League on THUGPro. (THPS4 maps, no walk, no BP, no BS, no speed manuals)
This league is to help us get the scoring systems down before THPS5 comes out and then we will have a THPS5 League.
We need at least 6 players willing to play.
I want to get 5 "Sessions" in before next month. A Session = 1 game of KOTH in each THPS4 level. (8 games total per Session) (2 minute long games)
That is a total of 40 games each person has to try to play in a 2 week time period.
If you want to be apart of this, reply with your THUGPro username below and we will get this rolling. We need reliable people to make this work. We'll work out the time schedule that works out for everyone later. We'll explain the scoring system later as well.
