General THPS(X) / Issues with THPSX Community Uploads page.

Hello everyone, I have been trying to download some custom levels and skaters and have been having issues with some downloads where the download does not start. In particular I have been trying to download the Outset Island level (from Wind Walker) and it won't download clicking the the download button. If someone has it would you be able to share it as I have been wanting to try out that custom level? Thanks.
