Does this suggestion exist in THPS1/THPS2?
I think its self explanatory but still. The option to have a blank board as a base and then add stickers or different patterns like circles or stripes etc. to add more creativity to the game.
No, but it was kinda possible in the Underground series and in THUG 1 you actually have to make a custom deck after winning the SCJ.
