Title: THUGPRO Special Meter Edit (No Texmod)

Since I figured out how to edit HUDs, I tweaked the special meter a bit.
The "special" text is completely redone and the meter itself is a bit more vibrant & sharper.

If anybody wants a download I can make one.
This obviously only applies to the THUG1 themes.

Lowkey would love to see a THPS3/inspired hud
