Would it be possible to put in goals for thugpro levels?

Hey, Im just wondering if it'd be possible to say like, put in goals in warehouse if one learned how to edit levels and such, I'm a bit new to all of this but It kind of sucks a lot of levels don't really seem to have goal attack.
