Title: How can I make custom Boards, Griptapes and such ?

So I wanted to create some custom Boards, Grip tapes and wheels, but I couldn't find any info on what software to use and how to actually make them (I would search a tutorial on YouTube about it if I knew what software to use) so I thought this would be the right place to ask for help.

this is the guide i followed to make the supreme board. he's using photoshop, but gimp works just as well.
