Title: Can I have snow please ? (new CAP pieces)

I was wondering if it was possible to have like snow in CAP cause I would like that and it almost Chrismas. Like GTA V where at the 25th there snow everywhere. I don't even know if I am asking for a lot right now. So if you can I would love to have snow thanks

Oh, yea, if that's possible in texmod, i imagine it is on the game itself.
We could have:
Snow tiles, canada snowman, etc...

I know i could replace the snow from the Antartica theme with a much better version so yea, we could use that one texture!
