Title: Custom Skater Help

So i tried to get the custom skaters to work but i havent been able to see my character mods in the game, it just shows the normal skater ive been trying to replace. ive already dummied the pre files and nothing seems to change anything and i dont know what to do to fix this. Any ideas?

The only thing I can think of is the pre files. you're sure you got all the files that need to be dummied? skaterparts_secret and skaterparts?
