THPS 1+2 / Possible new egg in New update?

I've been playing the new 1+2 update and notice that a random female voice is calling for a taxi. Never heard it before the update. I first heard it next to the kick it gap, kind of faint. even popped up on the subtitles. It pops up on the subtitles frequently in the plaza where Joey's sculpture is. I can't find anybody anywhere on the map. Is it a easter eights? A cut out npc? Have you heard this before the update and I'm just dumb? I'll upload a photo of the subtitles
