Title: Custom Soundtracks just aren't working for me.

I'm at my wits end with this messing around with these files for an hour and a half.

I made the .json file and everything is proper and in the correct folder. Same with the music files, all in a folder in the correct directory. Everything named exactly right and everything but the custom soundtrack will just not show up in game when I press it. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong at this point. I've tripled checked everything >:(

Can someone please help me
