What router do you use? There might be a firewall in it. I would temporarily disable it in the router and try. After that, port forwarding.

There is usually a login page for the router. Most are http://192.168.1.1  Ones like Comcast are http://10.0.0.1  Once you login, you can change the settings.

I would open up ports 5153,5154 and 6667 UDP+TCP

Edit:CelestialBridge

I think yours is http://192.168.0.1/admin or http://192.168.0.1/administration.asp

I have another test that anyone with connection issues can try. You need to have Telnet Client on your windows computer.

Follow these instructions to enable it.
https://www.rootusers.com/how-to-enable-the-telnet-client-in-windows-10/

After you enable Telnet, Open a CMD and type "telnet 107.161.19.71 6667"

If you get an error message, Something is blocking your IRC traffic on port 6667. Some antivirus programs block IRC by default. You will need to allow IRC on port 6667 in these programs or firewalls in order to connect to thugpro online.

If you get connection messages to Swiftirc, then that port is open and something else is causing your problems.

This should also be its own post, pinned in one of the sections. Very useful test
