I just wanna remind you all that the soundtrack request form is still open! I am at 16 responses so far, and I have received a lot of good music suggestions! Continue to keep them coming. The form will remain open until I get enough responses.

General THPS(X) / THUGPro CAP Mod

Make sure to backup updt.dll before replacing. Using Surgeon mod with this CAP mod does more things.

This mod allows you to pass park resize limit than the game allows. Resize park pass 38 x 38 will crash the game. Resizing 37 x 72 is the max but the other side of the park is non-playable zone but more spaces to place pieces. Nuke Park will shift the park floor. Cars has no failed goal after reaching 0:00. Parks with premade size doesn't work like Alcatraz, Hell, THPS3, and THPS4 themes. Park Resize message is removed...now resizing park is faster.

Features:

• Resizing space by 1 step instead of 4
• Vehicles control type. Will work playing park with cars with people using updt.dll enabled.
• Increase and decrease goal timer by 1 step
• Increase park editor bar. This will allow you to resize the park with pieces already placed without having to delete pieces to resize the park. The park bar may show full or how much park space taken up after exiting test play but it's not.

Hello again!

I originally wanted to close the request form on Saturday. I thought two weeks would be plenty of time to get enough responses, but I have not been getting as many responses as I anticipated. Instead, I will drop the deadline and keep the request form open until I get enough responses. Once I get about 20 responses, a new deadline will be enacted.

Right now, I am at 14 responses with a total of 70 songs. All from many different countries and continents! I've been listening to them all, and there's a lot of great stuff in there. Keep them coming!

when i try to sample them in the tracklist the game just crashes

this is because the name of the song file is too long. the filename shouldn't exceed 22 or 23 characters. otherwise, it'll crash upon trying to preview it.

all the songs show up on the tracklist, but they don't all play. some songs never do

i believe this is also tied to song names being too long. try shortening all the ones that are over 23 characters long to see if that fixes it.

damnit- yeah that was it. thank you a lot, i didn't know this could be an issue.

Hello everyone!

So far, I received eight responses with a total of 40 songs. I've had some people tell me that choosing songs for this is a little more difficult due to the songs needing to be from different countries, and I understand. It took me a while to choose my own songs too, I'll admit. But hey, I think it's a good opportunity to get us all to think about our song choices, as well as get to know the origin places of the bands and artists we love.

My goal is to have at least 19 or 20 responses so I can have enough songs to sift through to make a full 80-song soundtrack. I plan to close the form on the 27th. If I don't get enough responses by then, I'll keep the form open for a little longer.

glad you like it! i got into A Wilhelm Scream pretty recently, and i'm really digging their stuff. their albums Partycrasher and Lose Your Delusion (the one with "GIMMETHESHAKES") are both absolute bangers! i recommend them both if you haven't listened to them yet.

I've recently made a custom soundtrack, and after enough messing around it worked, but i do have one problem: all the songs show up on the tracklist, but they don't all play. some songs never do, and when i try to sample them in the tracklist the game just crashes. I tried looking for possible reasons as to why those specifically are this way even though i did all the songs the same, but i have found nothing.
-they are all properly named, with the correct file that is present in the folder
-the soundtrack code has the correct amount of songs listed
-they are not particularly long songs
-the rest work perfectly fine, and even some songs added after those work
anyone have any ideas??? did i just get unlucky or something?
