is so popular?This was your main question. The answers that you received did not pacify you, so you kept nagging for other answers instead. It wasn't until someone said that THPS3 is easier to modify were you satisfied with why people still play that game. That's still not the reason but you were so excited to receive an answer that made sense to you that you didn't care.
The developers of THUGPro are morten quazz and gone. Become more involved with the mod you're playing before you go on a tyrant and look ill-informed.
If you have a problem with how you were treated in discord then you need to re-evaluate how you were acting.

Hey Ruby, this usually happens at installation and Windows doesn't add the game to list of exceptions to the firewall. Or it could be your antivirus. Could you try checking those out first before we move on to other possibilities?

It took me about 10 minutes to adjust, but I do prefer the new theme over the old one. It's a little surprising to me that the majority of users here prefer the original theme over the new one, bugs aside.

It happened to me some months ago, im assuming one of the updates fixed it. that probably means it's not truly random but I think it's safe to assume that it's such an oddly specific reason that the user would have no idea where to begin. When it happened with me it really did not matter what I did, that crash was coming.

probably not going to get much more information. the crashes are purely random as far as how often and when.
