Chat: Anonymous Limitation

Alright,here's another suggestion.You know security is very important,so i made a test with an anonymous account in the chat and i noticed they can upload images.See if you can disable this for them before they start uploading bad stuff.

It's not an upload, just a link. I may be able to disable it for non members. Honestly, no one has abused it yet so I was just letting it go lol. I will see if I can change it.
