Create-A- / Custom Story Mode

How is it going,buddies?

     That's right,it's basically a Story Mode i have made with custom goals,and i want to share it with you all,if that's what you're wondering.In this post i will explain everything on how to properly play it,and most importantly,providing the link to it.
     Unfortunately,i have spent a lot more time making this than i thought i would.I lost interest in the middle of the way,and then i came back again,resulting in 2 years of delay.It shouldn't have taken that much time for a project that ended up pretty primitive.I felt a bit unsettled because it didn't end up exactly how i wanted to,but to be honest,i am satisfied with the result,and i believe you will have lots of fun!

Please pay close attention to what's written here so you can understand the story properly.

     

• Once you download everything,paste all the .PRK files in the "Save" folder.You will notice a folder named "Skater's Journal" aswell.This folder is full of text files you will read once you complete/begin a level to keep up with the story.
  • a .txt file that says "story_number" is supposed to be read before you start that level.For example,read "story_09" before you start level 09.
  • a .txt file that says "story_numberB" is supposed to be read AFTER you complete that level! Example: you will read "story_09b" right after you complete level 09.
• You will have to play it in the Level Editor,by yourself,for the goals don't work in freeskate,and if you try to play online,every ped name turns to Quazz,which will end up making the story make no sense at all.It is important for you to know who's giving you the message.
• Every goal in the level can be completed in any order,but once you reach for goals with people that have Red Names,make sure you've completed every other goal before.The red goals are supposed to be the last ones you complete in a level so you can advance to the other one.
• Please look for the goals around the map,and not in the Goal Menu.Use it as a last resort if you're stuck,but remember,the maps are completely accessible.Be curious,explore them and look for the goals! Who knows what you might find.
• If you're having trouble,it is totally okay to edit a goal's score value or such.However,it will cost you the pride of completing it normally.
• You can edit level goals,but please DO NOT edit any of the terrain or the objects,because it interferes with goal item locations (Such as
  S-K-A-T-E,C-O-M-B-O or Race goal) that are beneath the ground!
• You might notice the Beni Fingerflip in Skate-tricks or any other goals involving tricks.You need to do a Benihana and then press Flip Button right after you do it.The configuration is incorrect in-game.
• Custom Tricks unfortunately won't work in Trick to the Beat,and those are all around the levels.It is either that or i'm just terrible at hitting my own trick to the beat.If that's the case to you,please configure to a normal trick and try again.
• If you find any game-breaking bug,please mention me in the THPSX discord and i will talk to you!

Questions & Tutorials / Color of outfit affecting online gameplay

All of a sudden,i couldn't use my cas in online play anymore - I always got stuck in "Joining game" and couldn't host too,i would get stuck in the loading screen.I tried reinstalling and it did not work.Tried playing w/o any save game and it worked.Re-created my CAS piece by piece and color by color - once i painted his denim pants blue or his lowtop kicks black and then tried hosting,this glitch would happen again.What's worse is that i was playing normally with him just a few days ago.

Link to the skaters."BR.SKA" is the malfunctioning save file.

Any idea of what's happening?

Hello.I have a friend here,and he's having trouble with the level editor.It doesn't open the level editor.Some custom parks crash his game too.Do you think it's a memory issue?
 
OS: Windows 7
RAM: 2GB
Graphics Card: Intel g31/g33 chipset family

Whatever / Kernel32.dll

Good night,mates! I haven't been able to play thugpro lately due to a problem in Kernel32.dll...whenever i run thugpro,an error box appears saying:
The procedure entry point InitializeCriticalSectionEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
Can anyone help me with that? Do i have to format the pc or something?

Other Games / Guitar Flash

For those who played Guitar Hero.The game is kind of known in Brazil,Spain and other countries,but not too much in the US,i think.

GF has the same idea as in GH,but there are lots of bands and songs.

There is also GF Custom,where people make their own songs and upload them to the public.You need permission to upload songs though.
Luckily I could achieve that permission.I have a few THPS songs uploaded,and i plan in uploading more.Some songs are really bugged though.

For now,if you want to play any song,you may ask it for me and i might take my time to do it.

General THPS(X) / Level Fog Color Change

Some people might know this already,but some might not,so here i am to explain.
It's real easy to do,so sit down and read those steps:

 ? Enable Distance Clipping and Enable Fog (Obvious)
 ? Open the Lighting Tool and edit the colors.
  NOTE:It won't work immediatly after you edit!
 
 ? As soon as you're done editing,Swap the time of day to any other one and then swap back to the one you were using before,as shown in the example below.

Change the Spray/Dust Color
Here is an example of what i'm talking about.The color of the spray is white instead of Red and Blue.

To do it,you have to follow 5 steps:

1:Join a multiplayer mode.
2:Use the lighting tool.
3:Select the color you want for your dust/spray in the "level" menu.^[Ex]
4:Start and end a game. NOTE:The level color should reset when you start the game.^[Ex]
5:Grind or do a Double Fistin to see how your tag looks like.^[Result]

So i was messing around and i found this in the internet.It was for sale.ScatGame is the name.I bought it for
60$.The game is so hard i couldn't play it very much.Anyway here's a 37 second preview of the game just to show how it looks.

Alright,here's another suggestion.You know security is very important,so i made a test with an anonymous account in the chat and i noticed they can upload images.See if you can disable this for them before they start uploading bad stuff.

Alright,i found this tool in Skiffers mod back in the day,and i've been editing some levels with it. Hollywood,Skate Ranch and East L.A were the victims maps i used to test it.And some looked pretty good!

Here's another suggestion.Looking for maps would be useful if you're trying to remake a level and you don't know if someone already did.Words like ''Mall'' should make the first result to be ''The Mall Level''.

General THPS(X) / THUG Pro in my Hamachi...

Aight! Since the servers are down,i decided to make a network in Hamachi so we can play thugpro normally.I think this already exists,since i tried naming the network ''thugpro'' and it didn't work Well,here are the stats for the server:

Oh,and i recommend you to create networks in hamachi too,since i won't be able to stay online 24h.For example TP1,TP2,TP3 with the same pass ''pass4free'','kay? Thanks for reading,and happy gaming!
