By the way! Don't you remember what quazz told you about an enhanced CAG being on development?
My only workaround for having CAG in some THUGPro levels would be this old alpha version of THUGPro which had it, it only allows you to use it on THUG1, THUG2 and THPS4 levels since those were the only released levels at that time.

Firefox saved me by showing the URL at the bottom when I hovered over it so, I'm safe...

I know it was a prank, but if I remember correctly, the old alpha version doesn't have Create-A-Goal either...
