custom skater models are client side only. others will not see them. they are not script mods.

yea. thp8 psp had basically thaw classic mode in it, but with a couple levels added. and neversoft always left stuff from the previous game in the next games files. thpg (lastgen) and downhill jam also have a shit ton of leftover thaw stuff in them

no. user TomoAlien already ported it. go to like the oldest custom levels. was ported back when custom levels first became possible. the secret slide and lethal lava land were already ported as well. and a wet dry world port being worked on by someone else. the LLL and secret slide are both on the same page as the bob omb battlefield port that was already done

im not one of the thug pro devs, but afaik, the downhill jam levels would be too large to work online. plus the fact that the game was only on ps2 and wii. i believe their plan is to add all the pro skater 1-project 8 (lastgen version) levels

if you're using the most recent thugtools version, it has a thug2 import option

the col is only the collision file. which isnt really needed in this case. you would use the thugtools blender plugin and import the scn using the thug2 import option. it will then import the textures from the tex file as well, if the tex file is in the same folder as the scn file

only advice i can give is use the default pc thug1 layout, the xbox layout. it works a lot better. not sure about the dpad issue tho

all the main thug2 pro skaters, and thug1 tony,along with thug1 bucky. are in the thaw files. (bob burnquist, eric koston, bam margera, rodney mullen, chad muska, and wee-man, iirc)oddly, only thug1 and 2 tony are rigged to thaw skeleton, while the remaining are rigged incorrectly, and their models get deformed. you can access them with skiffers v2 mod for thaw in the create a skater mode. theres also in the files a version of thug2 tony, with a grey jacket, and a white t-shirt that says ZEKE on it as well

they had been using a tool of morten's, that morten had uploaded onto the discord, to convert the models. the thing with the tool though, is some normals get messed up, and have to be fixed, along with some texture errors
